This position involves cleaning guestrooms to meet B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group quality standards, assisting guests with friendly, courteous, and professional service, and adhering to health regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness: Responsible for cleaning guest rooms, ensuring amenities and supplies are provided, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of carts, linens, rooms, and equipment.
• Guest Service: Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and quality housekeeping service, respond to guest requests positively, and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, report maintenance issues, and follow safety protocols regarding chemicals and emergency procedures.
• Self Management: Plan and prioritize work efficiently, adhere to attendance, grooming, and work standards, and attend necessary meetings.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred; attention to detail and customer focus essential.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Physical ability to perform bending and other physical tasks required by the role.

Pay rate: $16.25/hour.
