Job Overview

Responsibilities

1. Cleanliness: Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and stocked with amenities, and that all equipment and linens are maintained in good condition.
2. Guest Service: Provide courteous, professional service, respond promptly to guest requests, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Follow the guest service recovery program.
3. Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a safe work environment, report maintenance issues, and follow safety protocols for chemicals and emergency procedures.
4. Self Management: Organize and prioritize work, adhere to attendance and grooming standards, and attend departmental meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Physical ability to perform bending and other physical tasks.

Additional Information
