The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various public areas inside the hotel, delivering amenities and requested items to guests, facilitating the cleaning of guest rooms, and handling laundry and housekeeping projects.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Comply with company, hotel, and brand standards to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms according to standards, including vacuuming, changing linens, and cleaning mirrors, sinks, toilets, tubs, shower walls, curtains, and floors.
• Complete stocking and organizational duties, including stocking guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
