Job summary

North Way Christian Community is seeking a part-time Housekeeper (up to 14 hours/week) for our Robinson Campus. This role serves on the Facilities Team, helping keep church facilities and grounds clean and orderly to support ministry and community impact.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and Christ-centered, with prior housekeeping experience and a willingness to contribute to a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Prior housekeeping and/or maintenance experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Ability to operate tools and equipment used in routine housekeeping
• Ability to use a computer, radio, and mobile phone/applications
• Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
• Maintains professional and hygienic appearance
• Background clearances must be current
• Servant-hearted, ministry minded, relatable, teachable, and team player

Responsibilities

• Keep the church facilities and grounds clean, orderly, and properly maintained
• Serve on the Facilities Team and assist with housekeeping tasks
• Operate tools and equipment used in routine housekeeping safely and effectively

JOB DESCRIPTION

North Way Christian Community is seeking a part-time Housekeeper (up to 14 hours/week) for our Robinson Campus. This position serves on the Facilities Team and assists with keeping and maintaining the church facilities and grounds in a clean, orderly, and proper working condition, ensuring an environment that empowers and encourages ministry to expand God’s Kingdom and presents North Way in a positive light to our surrounding community.

QUALIFICATIONS

Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a discerned calling into this position, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities. The additional qualifications for this position include:

• High School diploma or equivalent required


• Prior housekeeping and/or maintenance experience preferred


• Detail-oriented and thorough


• Ability to operate tools and equipment used in routine housekeeping
