We are seeking highly motivated and friendly Full Time and Part Time Housekeepers with an eye for detail to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning activities in accordance with company and brand standards.

General Responsibilities:

  • Receive list of assigned rooms from manager and prioritize rooms
  • Clean, stock, and maintain assigned guest rooms according to standards
  • Respond promptly to guest and department requests
  • Check inventory of cleaning supplies and transport cart to assigned rooms
  • Ensure guest privacy at all times
  • Knock and announce before entering rooms; return later if occupied
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed
  • Make beds and stock linens according to standards
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and coffee stations
  • Remove trash, linens, towels, and room service items
  • Check appliances and ensure they are in working order
  • Neatly arrange furniture and surfaces
  • Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
  • Vacuum carpets and clean floors
  • Report maintenance issues
  • Conduct final walk-around to ensure standards are met
  • Launder soiled linens and towels
  • Handle found items appropriately
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented and thorough
  • Respect guest privacy and demonstrate integrity
  • Consistent high-quality work
  • Work efficiently without compromising quality
  • Ability to work independently and maintain performance
  • Friendly and pleasant interaction with guests
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Willing to work rotational 7-day cycles, including weekends and holidays
