Qualifications

• Must be available to work on weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Friendly and energetic demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to show urgency and take initiative in a fast-paced hotel setting.
• Ability to retain and recall detailed information for guest requests.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
