Job Description Summary

Performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and amenities to maintain property appeal.

Essential Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Freshens vacant apartments and show units throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in make-ready processes as requested by supervisors.
• Informs supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and informs when reordering is needed.

Required Licenses or Certifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
• Work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Travel may be required for various work-related activities.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly wage is $17.00 - $18.00, with additional compensation factors and benefits as detailed in the original description.
