Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our community. The goal is to enhance resident and guest experience by keeping environments clean and orderly.

Responsibilities include daily housekeeping and laundry tasks, cleaning resident rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices and corridors, and maintaining equipment and chemicals in a safe, compliant manner under company guidelines.

• Performs activities daily related to housekeeping and laundry services to ensure excellent customer service in a timely manner.
• Cleans and maintains all areas of the community including resident rooms, public areas, rest rooms, offices, corridors and other communal areas as directed.
• Maintains all cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner according to company, state, and federal procedures/guidelines.
