Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Associate for Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff across club spaces.

Shift is 4:00am–10:00am, Monday through Friday, with duties including cleaning floors and restrooms, trash removal, restocking supplies, and reporting hazards. Hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal skills to interact politely with guests and staff.
• Hospitality or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work alone as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks (vacuuming, sweeping, windows, mopping floors).
• Empty interior trash receptacles daily.
• Restock paper goods, soap, and cleaning supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Report damages and safety hazards.
• Must be able to work morning shift 4:00am–10:00am, Mon–Fri.

Job description:

1: Perform daily cleaning tasks such as Vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning windows and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, restaurants offices and event areas.

2: Empty all interior trash receptacles daily.

3: Restock paper goods, soap, and cleaning supplies in restrooms and common closets

4: Report damage and safety hazards

5: Must be able to work the morning shift 4:00am-10:00am Monday- Friday.

Qualifications:

1: Clear verbal skills to interact politely with guests, coworkers and management.

2: Prior janitorial, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required

3: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

4: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards

5: Ability to work alone as well as with team members
