Location Description: The Hanover Inn has a rich legacy dating back to 1780, originally starting as a tavern. Notable guests include Presidents Monroe, Wilson, F.D.R., Eisenhower, Nixon, and Reagan. Entertainers like Kirk Douglas, Ella Fitzgerald, Joan Baez, and others have visited. Writers such as F. Scott Fitzgerald, J.D. Salinger, and Sinclair Lewis have also stayed here. The inn is a historic and distinguished establishment.

Overview: The cleanliness of a hotel is crucial for guest satisfaction. Hotel housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining this standard. We seek individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will create memorable experiences for guests through their care and attention to detail, helping to elevate guest stays from good to outstanding. Experienced housekeepers have opportunities to grow into supervisory or management roles, including Housekeeping Supervisors, Managers, or even an Executive Housekeeper. Your Role: Engage with guests to ensure their stay is enjoyable, work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness, keep work carts organized and stocked, utilize equipment and supplies properly, ensure thorough sanitation of guest areas, change and inspect linens daily following the Green Program standards, practice safety standards, respect guest property, care for equipment responsibly, report to work on time, remain courteous and helpful, and perform other duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
