Job Opportunity: Housekeeping (Per Diem)

This role offers a flexible schedule. We are seeking a dynamic Housekeeper to clean all areas of the Free Standing Emergency Department according to policies and procedures. The role involves participating in performance improvement activities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Performs routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways in a clean, neat, and sanitary manner.
2. Utilizes appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
3. Transports trash and hazardous waste to the appropriate disposal area.
4. Follows all infection control practices, including hand hygiene, standard precautions, and isolation precautions.
