Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites - Fairbanks, AK is seeking a motivated, organized housekeeper to join our team. You will provide an exceptional experience to every guest by performing cleaning duties with care, including beds, vacuuming, mopping, restocking toiletries, and washing linens.

If you take pride in teamwork, maintain strong time management, and are available on weekends, we’d love to hear from you. Compensation ranges from $17 to $18 per hour for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of professional housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Good cleaning techniques and product knowledge.
• Must have weekend availability (Sat and Sun).

Responsibilities

• Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms.
• Keep lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies.
• Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards before guests arrive.
• Document rooms cleaned and report damages or repairs needed.
• Respond to general inquiries from guests.

• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
• Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotel’s standard before guests arrive
• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Respond to general inquiries from guests

Qualifications

• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
• Punctuality and reliable attendance
• Must have consistent WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. Please do not apply if you are not able to work Saturdays and Sundays

Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
