How You’ll Shine:

A Housekeeper supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, maintaining housekeeping standards, cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies, making beds, replenishing supplies, and maintaining positive guest and associate relationships. The role also involves responding to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolving guest issues to improve their experience.
