Job summary

Lincoln Court Retirement Community is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to help maintain clean living spaces for residents in a large senior living community. You will keep residents’ areas tidy, handle cleaning tasks, and support a safe, comfortable environment.

The role emphasizes respect for resident privacy, punctuality, and a friendly, detail-oriented approach. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in house, office or hotel cleaning.
• Ability to follow cleaning products instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• A record of punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a stocked cleaning cart with needed items.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and respect for the rights, dignity, and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
• Cleans assigned resident apartments and common areas daily according to facility procedures.
• Respects resident’s privacy and preferences about room arrangement, personal items. input on preferred knocks before entering resident areas. Seeks resident cleaning methods within reason.
• Disposes of trash and waste, other materials in a safe manner using identified precautions for any contaminated materials.

Job Description

Our housekeepers keep our residents living areas clean and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detail-oriented and friendly.
