Responsibilities:

• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment; clean floors and fixtures in rooms and bathrooms
• Operate cleaning equipment like buffers, vacuums, and shampooers
• Wet-mop floors, shampoo rugs and furniture
• Clean vents, fan fixtures, high areas with a ladder
• Dispose of trash and waste materials
• Move furniture and heavy objects as needed
• Perform terminal cleaning of patient rooms and prepare for new occupants, following isolation procedures
• Disinfect fixtures, floors, mirrors, windows, doors, walls

Requirements:

• Active position requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, crouching
• Environmental services experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills
