Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain hotels, restaurants, and hospitals in a clean and orderly manner, including making beds, replenishing linens, and cleaning rooms and halls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties trash containers and disposes of trash hygienically.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes beds and changes linens as needed.
• Realigns furniture and amenities as per layout.
• Responds to guest requests and housekeeping issues.
• Contributes to team efforts and maintains professionalism.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
