Position Purpose and Summary

The Housekeeper position must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms following company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

1. Demonstrate and promote a 100% commitment to guest and associate satisfaction.
2. Clean assigned guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
4. Stock carts and cart rooms as needed or directed.
5. Report maintenance issues and guest property concerns to the front desk or manager.
6. Assist guests and accommodate requests whenever possible.
7. Follow all safety and security policies.
8. Complete required training including Extended Stay University courses.

Other Duties

1. Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
2. Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
3. Perform other duties as directed by management.
