Position Purpose and Summary

The Housekeeper position demonstrates a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms following company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Provide excellent guest service and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Clean assigned guest rooms adhering to company policies.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, laundry areas, and stock supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and guest property concerns.
• Assist with guest requests and ensure safety and security policies are followed.
