Position Purpose And Summary

The Housekeeper position must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms according to company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Promote a 100% commitment to guest and associate satisfaction.
• Clean assigned guest rooms following company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as needed or directed.
• Report maintenance issues and guest property concerns to management.
• Assist guests with requests and provide accommodations when possible.
• Follow all safety and security policies.
• Complete required training, including Extended Stay University courses.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned, such as the breakroom, laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas.
• Ensure overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
