Position Purpose and Summary

The Housekeeper position must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and associates.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed.
• Reports maintenance issues and guest property concerns to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests and provides accommodations when possible.
• Follows all safety and security policies and completes required training.

Other Duties

• Assists with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Pay Ranges

For Colorado, Washington, California: $12.56 - $22.95 per hour

For New York City (Whitestone): $32.96 per hour

Note: Compensation varies based on role, experience, and location. The company complies with all minimum wage laws.

Qualifications

Environmental Job Requirements

• Ability to navigate hotel environment, handle objects, reach, and detect scents and sounds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various conditions including outside weather, humid conditions, and near mechanical or chemical hazards.
• Moderate to loud noise levels expected.
• Travel within reasonable geographic area may be required.
