Position Purpose and Summary

The Housekeeper position must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to guest and associate satisfaction.
• Ensures guest rooms are cleaned per standards and policies.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and supplies as needed.
• Reports maintenance issues and guest property concerns to management.
• Assists guests and responds to requests whenever possible.
• Follows all safety and security policies.
• Completes all required training.

Other Duties

• Assists with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
• Performs additional duties as directed by management.
