Major / Key Job Duties

1. Provide exceptional service to guests and colleagues.
2. Clean guest rooms according to standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas.
4. Stock carts and assist with maintenance issues as needed.
5. Report maintenance issues and guest property concerns to management.
6. Assist guests with requests and accommodations.
7. Follow safety and security policies.
8. Complete all required training.

Other Duties

1. Assist with cleaning other hotel areas such as laundry, fitness room, and common areas.
2. Ensure overall hotel cleanliness.
3. Perform other tasks as assigned.
