Major / Key Job Duties

• Provide excellent guest experiences by maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Clean assigned guest rooms adhering to company policies.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas.
• Stock carts and report maintenance issues.
• Handle guest property with care and report findings.
• Assist guests with requests and accommodations when possible.
• Follow all safety and security policies.
• Complete required training through Extended Stay University.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
