Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in Utah is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to create a welcoming home for residents. You’ll perform cleaning and maintenance tasks with care, learn residents’ preferences, and build friendly connections with neighbors and staff in a service-driven, close-knit community.

This role requires Monday–Friday 8:00am–12:30pm, 18+ years old, and prior housekeeping experience in hospitality or residential settings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 12:30pm.
• Experience in housekeeping in hospitality, commercial or residential settings.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences, adjusting cleaning accordingly.
• Clean apartments and common spaces on schedule: vacuum, mop, dust, kitchens, bathrooms, linens, trash, and seasonal tasks.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out and prepare vacants for new residents.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites: vacuum, sanitize, linens, supplies, and check HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas; use approved products and PPE; launder linens timely.

About the Role

• As a Part-Time Housekeeper, your work goes beyond cleaning; you’ll help maintain a comfortable and welcoming home for residents. Through your impactful work, you’ll build genuine connections with residents, guests and fellow team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 12:30pm.
• Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences. Adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs and expectations.
• Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule. Tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, changing linens, emptying trash, and completing seasonal tasks such as window and patio cleaning and HVAC filter changes.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out and care for vacant apartments to ensure they are clean and ready for new residents.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites by vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, washing linens, restocking supplies, and checking HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized way. Use only approved cleaning products and tools and follow PPE safety guidelines. Wash, dry, and care for housekeeping linens in a timely manner.
