Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a welcoming home for our residents. You will tailor cleaning to individual preferences, clean apartments and community spaces, and support a warm, servant-hearted environment where residents feel cared for.

Ideal candidates may have prior housekeeping experience in hospitality or residential settings and can read, speak, and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn cleaning preferences, tailor cleaning to individual needs.
• Clean apartments and common spaces on a regular schedule, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchens and bathrooms, linen changes, trash, seasonal tasks.
• Deep clean apartments after move-out and prep vacants for new residents.
• Prepare model apartments and guest suites by cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, and checking HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain keeping carts, closets, and storage areas; use approved cleaning products and PPE; launder linens timely.

About The Role

• As a Part-Time Housekeeper, your work goes beyond cleaning; you'll help maintain a comfortable and welcoming home for residents. Through your impactful work, you'll build genuine connections with residents, guests and fellow team members.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 12:30pm.
• Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences. Adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs and expectations.
• Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule. Tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, changing linens, emptying trash, and completing seasonal tasks such as window and patio cleaning and HVAC filter changes.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out and care for vacant apartments to ensure they are clean and ready for new residents.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites by vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, washing linens, restocking supplies, and checking HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized way. Use only approved cleaning products and tools and follow PPE safety guidelines. Wash, dry, and care for housekeeping linens in a timely manner.
