Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a part-time Housekeeper for Ascension St. Francis in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and providing customer service in a hospital setting.

Working hours are part-time, varying days with shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, totaling 16 hours a week. Responsibilities include cleaning, mopping, and responding to guest queries, with a pay rate of $16.25 per hour.

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service to customers by giving one-on-one attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers.
• Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
• Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Responds to guest queries and requests.
• Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
• Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Part‑time Housekeeper at Ascension St. Francis, Wisconsin. Responsible for cleaning duties in a hospital environment, maintaining rooms, floors, linens, and providing customer service to patients and visitors.

Location & Schedule

Address: 3237 South 16th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53215.

Schedule: Part‑time, days may vary, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, 16 hours per week. Rotating weekends and holidays required.

• Fixed pay rate: $16.25 per hour.
