Benchmark Senior Living at Forge Hill - Part Time Housekeeper

Location: 4 Forge Hill Road, Franklin, MA 02038, USA

Join our team at Forge Hill as a Part Time Housekeeper! Your primary responsibility will be maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Duties include laundering towels, bed linens, resident laundry, and maintaining resident apartments.

Schedule

Part time, every Sunday and Monday, 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities

1. Clean assigned resident apartments thoroughly, including bathrooms (toilets, sinks, bathtubs), wiping countertops and mirrors, and sterilizing floors.
2. Wipe counters and under objects in kitchens, mop kitchen floors.
3. Vacuum all exposed areas completely, including edges.
4. Empty and rinse wastebaskets as needed.
5. Wash interior windows as required.
6. Clean common areas such as elevators, halls, landings, stairs, activity areas, lobbies, and model units, and clean other surfaces as scheduled or requested.
7. Maintain an orderly laundry room and store chemicals according to instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred, but training will be provided.
• Knowledge of proper biohazardous waste handling practices.
