Job summary

Vi at Aventura is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean residential spaces and common areas. You will perform tasks such as cleaning fixtures, making beds, and disposing of waste, while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and resident comfort.

Hours are 7:30 am–4:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed. A valid driver’s license where applicable and experience in hospitality or healthcare settings are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality, healthcare, environmental services or senior living.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.
• Hours: 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm.
• Weekends and holidays required as needed.
• Capable of operating housekeeping and laundry equipment.
• Infection control, hazardous waste and disaster plans knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas.
• Clean fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs.
• Make beds with clean linen.
• Empty waste containers and replace liners.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum.
• Maintain housekeeping and laundry equipment.
• Follow infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

Housekeeper

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished housekeeping team. The selected candidate will have responsibility for cleaning resident apartments as well as common areas and interior space. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cleaning fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs
• Making beds with clean linen
• Emptying, cleaning waste containers and replacing liners
• High/low dusting
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants will preferably possess prior housekeeping experience in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services or Senior Living Environment
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable
• Hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Weekends and holidays will be required as needed

Additional requirements include:

• Capable of operating and maintaining all housekeeping / laundry equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control, Hazardous Waste, and Disaster Plans

Pay Range

USD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
