Job summary

Vi at Aventura is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain clean resident apartments and common areas. Responsibilities include cleaning fixtures, making beds, replacing liners, and routine dusting. The role requires available weekends/holidays and a valid driver’s license where applicable.

Hours typically 7:30 am–4:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with compliance to Florida background screening. Excellent benefits and a luxury work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living environments preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas and interior spaces.
• Clean fixtures, sinks, toilets, and tubs; make beds with clean linen.
• Empty waste containers and replace liners; perform high/low dusting.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

Responsibilities

Housekeeper

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished housekeeping team. The selected candidate will have responsibility for cleaning resident apartments as well as common areas and interior space. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cleaning fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs
• Making beds with clean linen
• Emptying, cleaning waste containers and replacing liners
• High/low dusting
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants will preferably possess prior housekeeping experience in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services or Senior Living Environment
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable
• Hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Weekends and holidays will be required as needed

Additional requirements include:

• Capable of operating and maintaining all housekeeping / laundry equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control, Hazardous Waste, and Disaster Plans

Pay Range

USD $16.51 - USD $19.39 /Hr.
