Position Details:

This position is located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The Housekeeper is responsible for general cleaning in various areas and operating laundry machines, including training others in laundry operations. This is an essential personnel role and may require overtime based on departmental needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Proficiency in using cleaning supplies and maintaining equipment
• Strong customer service attitude and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching
• Awareness of safety compliance
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of housekeeping/janitorial experience
