Job Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers. Be adaptable to customer needs.
• Keep all assigned areas and corridors clean, neat, and sanitary, following safety and health guidelines and departmental policies.
• Inspect and choose appropriate cleaning techniques based on guidelines.
• Use housekeeping equipment and solutions safely and efficiently, as observed by supervisors.
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies as needed.
• Employ universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
• Keep cleaning cart stocked with supplies, ensure chemicals are labeled, and equipment is in good condition.
• Maintain professional conduct and promote effective relationships within the team.
• Assist in improving departmental productivity and efficiency.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through training and adherence to departmental standards.
