Job description

Location: 2600 Dodge St., Omaha, NE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - Midnight

Pay: $15.21 Hourly + Experience

Physicians Mutual is hiring a full-time Housekeeper for our Housekeeping Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of offices, restrooms, and common areas in our Home Office facilities. Tasks include dusting, mopping, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, and other duties according to the schedule provided by the Supervisor. Additionally, the role involves emptying trash receptacles, collecting trash, and replenishing restroom supplies.

Job Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. At least 1 year of housekeeping or custodial experience required.
3. Knowledge of safe cleaning chemical application and surface-specific cleaning methods.
4. Ability to measure cleaning chemicals accurately.
5. Ability to read safety data sheets and product labels.
6. Ability to work independently without supervision.
7. Attention to detail and ability to maintain activity levels to complete tasks.
8. Physical ability to move cleaning equipment and trash carts.
9. Ability to climb ladders as needed for cleaning tasks.
