Full-Time Housekeeper - Apartment Community
Mapleview & Colony Terrace Apartments - Zanesville, OH
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time

Join our team at Mapleview and Colony Terrace Apartments!
We're looking for a dependable Full-Time Housekeeper to help keep our apartment community clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize leasing offices, community rooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces

• Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces as needed

• Prepare vacant apartment units for new residents

• Empty trash in common areas and offices

• Clean laundry rooms and other resident amenities

• Report maintenance issues to the Property Manager

• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Respect for resident privacy and confidentiality

• Basic communication skills in English (read, write, speak)

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience a plus, but not required
