Full-Time Housekeeper - Apartment Community
Mapleview & Colony Terrace Apartments - Zanesville, OH
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Join our team at Mapleview and Colony Terrace Apartments!
We're looking for a dependable Full-Time Housekeeper to help keep our apartment community clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
Clean and sanitize leasing offices, community rooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces
Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces as needed
Prepare vacant apartment units for new residents
Empty trash in common areas and offices
Clean laundry rooms and other resident amenities
Report maintenance issues to the Property Manager
Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Respect for resident privacy and confidentiality
Basic communication skills in English (read, write, speak)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience a plus, but not required
Competitive hourly pay
