Harmony Senior Services in Glenshaw, PA is seeking a Housekeeper/Maintenance Assistant to clean common living areas and resident apartments, and to perform semi-skilled maintenance tasks under the Maintenance Director.

The role requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, work well in a team, lift 25 lbs, and be available on weekends/holidays; a High School Diploma or GED is required. Ability to wear a designated uniform and maintain personal hygiene is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of the entire facility, with emphasis on common areas and apartment bathrooms.
• Perform semi-skilled maintenance tasks related to building and grounds as delegated by Maintenance Director.
• Complete maintenance request reports when needed.
• Operate the laundry equipment when needed.
• Maintain office areas, blinds, furniture, and other surfaces in resident apartments and common areas.
• Keep common areas and resident bathrooms clean and organized.
• Assist with resident move-out cleaning and preparation.
