Job summary

COX HEALTHCARE LTD is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support the Environmental Services Department in cleaning patient rooms, lounges, and common areas. Tasks include cleaning floors, windows, mirrors, light fixtures, removing trash, and sanitizing bathrooms as assigned by the Environmental Service Director or ADM.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, English proficiency, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, recreational areas, floors, windows, mirrors, and bathrooms.
• Remove trash and sanitize surfaces; maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Assist Environmental Services Director or administrator as needed.

The Housekeeper works with the Environmental Services Department with routine duties including cleaning of patient rooms, recreational/common areas, floors, windows, mirrors, light fixture, removal of trash, ect., and cleaning, washing and sanitizing bathrooms. May perform other related housekeeping duties as assigned to them by the Environmental Service Director, DON or ADM.

Qualifications:

• Must have at minimum a High School Education or GED.
• Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required. On the job training will be provided.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
