Job Summary

Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met. Assists to provide excellent service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provides quality service with attention to detail.
  2. Ensures staff report to work and are properly clocked in; documents late or absent employees.
  3. Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Documents call-offs and shift replacements.
  5. Coordinates staff breaks.
  6. Prepares and reviews assignment sheets; communicates changes.
  7. Assigns keys, radios, beepers; maintains security records.
  8. Checks equipment for supplies, cleanliness, and issues; instructs staff to fix deficiencies.
  9. Inspects areas for cleanliness standards.
  10. Assists staff to maintain high standards.
  11. Conducts staff training as needed.
  12. Exhibits professionalism and contributes to team.
  13. Performs other duties as assigned.
