Job summary

Volante Senior Living in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant and Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The role covers weekly cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, and light maintenance tasks, with emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and resident comfort.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of housekeeping or laundry experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in residential or hotel housekeeping or laundry.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read labels and instructions for all chemicals used in the Community and able to use them safely and properly.
• Detail oriented and thorough.
• Ability to remain discreet and respect privacy of residents and/or guests.
• Ability to understand and take oral and written directions

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services to resident apartments weekly including making beds and cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop common areas and offices.
• Keep restrooms clean and stocked.
• Stock laundry and cleaning cart with supplies.
