Job summary

Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care in Torrance, CA is seeking a dedicated housekeeping and laundry team member to maintain clean resident rooms and common areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Clean resident rooms, recreational areas, etc., daily as instructed.
• Clean, wash, sanitize, and/or polish bathrooms.
• Deodorizing, and disinfecting as per policy.

Job Description

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping and/ or laundry functions as assigned
• Cleaning resident rooms, recreational areas, etc., daily as instructed.
• Clean, wash, sanitize, and/or polish bathrooms
• Assist with Laundry - Washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothes
• Clean windows/mirrors in resident rooms, recreational areas, bathrooms, and entrance/exit ways.
• Clean floors, to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
• Deodorizing, and disinfecting as per policy.
• Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.

On-Call: 7 days a week
