Job summary

Willowridgecare in Amery, WI is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to support our skilled nursing facility. You will work with our Housekeeping Manager to keep spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff.

This role requires prior housekeeping experience preferred, but we offer training. You will demonstrate patience, teamwork, and a cheerful attitude while assisting with laundry tasks and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and resident dignity.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior housekeeping experience in an institutional setting preferred.
• Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to supervisor or nurse.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly conditions of our skilled nursing facility, supporting residents, families and staff.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
