About the Position:

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and a welcoming environment within residential or commercial settings in Black River Falls, WI. This position ensures that all assigned areas are cleaned to high standards, contributing to the overall comfort and satisfaction of occupants or guests. The Housekeeper will manage various cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and organizational guidelines. Preferred Qualifications:

• High school education or general education degree (GED), or one-year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior housekeeping experience in an institutional setting preferred.
• Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to supervisor or nurse.
