ISH Dining Services is seeking dedicated Housekeepers/Laundry Aide for a facility in Pennsylvania. This 1st or 2nd shift role requires maintaining clean, sanitary areas in accordance with procedures, under supervision. The job includes rotating weekend and holiday coverage, and a strong emphasis on safety and resident care.
The position is full-time with a pay of $14.50 per hour. Benefits include dental, health, and vision insurance. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

General Description:
1st or 2nd Shift position with rotating weekend and holiday coverage.Maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, attractive manner in accordance with established procedures, as directed by supervisor, to assure the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
Essential Job Functions:
1.Must be able to understand English.
Must be knowledgeable of housekeeping practices, procedures, and guidelines pertaining to health care facilities.
Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing housekeeping practices.
Must have economical use of supplies, care and use of equipment.
Must be able to keep up with work demand and schedule.
Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public.
Perform additional duties as needed and assigned by supervisor.
