Housekeeper / Janitor - Philadelphia Premium Outlets

Support the cleaning and maintenance operations at Philadelphia Premium Outlets with Pondsco Facility Services.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting).
• Clean and maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, clean glass/mirrors/windows, polish metal/wood surfaces).
• Remove waste by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to disposal areas.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.

Position Requirements

• Pass pre-employment background screening, drug test, and employment verification.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods.
