Job summary

Integritus Healthcare, Inc. is looking for a Housekeeper in Missouri to perform day-to-day housekeeping functions. You will ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Your responsibilities include cleaning and polishing furnishings, sanitizing bathroom fixtures, and maintaining various areas of the facility. A GED or better is required for this position.

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned.
• Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments.
• Clean and polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, etc., in resident and recreational areas.
• Clean, wash, sanitize, and/or polish bathroom fixtures; ensure water marks are removed.
• Clean windows and mirrors in resident rooms, recreational areas, bathrooms, and entrance/exit ways.
• Clean floors, including sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and disinfecting.
• Clean carpets, including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing.
• Remove dirt, dust, grease, and film from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.
• Clean hallways, stairways, and elevators.
• Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
• Clean vacant rooms as assigned.
• Ensure that areas are clean and that equipment, tools, supplies are properly stored at all times.
• Assure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
