MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure clean and inviting resort units. You will follow our mission and values, maintaining consistent quality and timeliness in cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Punctual and able to work irregular hours.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in housekeeping.
• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Attend training sessions and apply training.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
