Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Plymouth is seeking a Facilities Aide to support a clean and safe hospital environment. The role focuses on routine cleaning, equipment sanitation and patient-ready spaces, with a rotating schedule.

You will handle bed moves, stocking supplies, linen collection and transport of carts across the campus. The position offers competitive benefits and a union-backed wage range.

• Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral directions in English at the 12th grade level.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness of environment of assigned areas.

Pay Range

$17.69 - $27.44

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
