Job Summary: Maintains a clean and safe environment for all patients, staff, and visitors.

Essential Functions:

• Consistently uses an outward mindset and puts forth exemplary effort in accomplishing goals and objectives in a manner that helps others achieve theirs.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs hard surface floors.
• Vacuum carpeted floors.
• Cleans & disinfects patient & exam rooms & makes up patient beds with clean linens.
• Cleans & disinfects staff work areas, offices, and hallways.
• Dusts horizontal surfaces and wall and ceiling vents as required.
• Stocks dispensers with paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, & hand sanitizer as required.
• Removes trash, soiled linen, & regulated waste, and transports to appropriate areas.

Minimum Qualifications: 18 Years of age.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: One (1) year of related experience preferred. Good communication and teamwork skills preferred.

Working Conditions: Potential exposure to infectious diseases.

Physical Requirements: Constantly stand, walk, reach, push/pull. Frequently handle, grasp, feel, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift/carry 25 to 49 lbs. Occasionally lift/carry 50+ lbs.
