Job summary

Infor is hiring a Housekeeper I for the 1st shift (7am to 3:30pm) in Marshall, MI to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. You will sweep, mop and scrub hard floors, vacuum carpeted areas, clean patient and exam rooms, restock supplies and transport waste as required.

Applicants must be at least 18; one year of related experience and good teamwork are preferred; background and drug checks are required.

• Consistently uses an outward mindset and puts forth exemplary effort in accomplishing his/her goals and objectives in a manner that helps others to achieve their goals and objectives.
• Sweeps& mops/scrubs, hard surface floors.
• Vacuums carpeted floor surfaces.
• Cleans & disinfects patient & exam rooms & makes up patient beds with clean linens.
• Cleans & disinfects staff work areas, offices, and hallway corridors.
• Dusts horizontal surfaces and wall and ceiling vents as required.
• Stocks dispensers with paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, & hand sanitizer as required.
• Removes trash, soiled linen, & regulated waste and transports to appropriate area.

Minimum Qualifications: 18 Years of age.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: One (1) year of related experience preferred. Good communication, teamwork skills preferred.

Working Conditions: Potentially exposed to infectious diseases.

Physical Requirements: Constantly stand, walk, reach, push/pull. Frequently handle/grasp/feel, bend/twist, stoop/kneel/crouch, lift/carry 25 to 49 lbs. Occasionally lift/carry 50+ lbs.

Background and drug check required as part of the hiring process.
