Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Muscatine, IA is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services team member to perform daily cleaning and sanitization of patient rooms and spaces, following safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications

• Environmental Service training and / or experience in a patient setting and/or Customer Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely use ladders to clean light fixtures, vents, and change cubicle curtains, helping keep every space bright and welcoming.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop both public and private areas to maintain a spotless environment.
• Operate walk-behind or riding floor scrubbers like a pro to keep floors shining and safe.
• Perform proper high and low dusting, ensuring every corner is cared for.
• Take pride in maintaining department equipment, cleaning and stocking EVS carts, closets, and supplies so your team always has what it needs.
