Summary

A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property, including guest rooms, public areas, Back of House, exterior spaces, and linens. They must adhere to policies and standards set by Bunkhouse, health departments, and other relevant agencies.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures. They should also embody and promote the company’s culture, values, and reputation among team members, guests, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or service industry
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the primary language of the workplace
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with groups of employees or guests

Job Responsibilities

• Complete in-room checklists for assigned rooms
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor
