What we are looking for...

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our Hilton Head operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning and presentation of high-end vacation rental homes to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will work independently or as part of a team to maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of each property in accordance with our brand's hospitality and quality standards, comparable to leading vacation rental platforms such as VRBO and Airbnb.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-property cleanings between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces
• Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and appliances are sanitized and polished
• Restock basic household supplies (e.g., paper goods, soaps, linens) according to the property checklist
• Follow company procedures and cleaning checklists to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
• Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
• Assist with laundry pickup/drop-off coordination or on-site processing, if needed
• Maintain secure handling of keys, entry codes, and guest privacy
• Meet daily schedules and turnaround timelines as assigned by the operations lead
• Collaborate with the local operations team to ensure homes are guest-ready
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate adaptability to shifting market needs. This includes maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with guests, effectively responding to guest inquiries or requests, and consistently approaching challenges with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  
  

Requirements

• 1 year+ of professional housekeeping experience (hotel, vacation rental, or similar environment)
• Access to a Smartphone with Wifi Capabilities
• Familiarity with VRBO/Airbnb hospitality standards a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be comfortable using cleaning apps and digital checklists
• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation, with ability to travel to properties across Hilton Head Island
